Page crashes when i try to play after pausing (Brave Browser)

Describe the bug
Everytime i try to play after the video is paused, the page crashes

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. pause video for extended period (around a minute)
2. press play and it crashes. (it was okay before, im not sure why its crashing now)

Hi, thanks for opening an issue and sorry for the late reply.

I've not developed the extension with the Brave browser in mind, so I can't guarantee that the extension will work properly on it, nor am I certain what kind of problem is causing the Brave browser to crash. In fact, I'm impressed the extension even worked at all on Brave.

Unfortunately, I don't have the time to modify the extension to support the Brave browser (haha it's a lot of time involved to iron out the problems for other browsers!), so if you don't mind you can try finding the problem and seeing if it can be avoided (beyond just using Chrome).

I think there are four possibilities:

1. Machine transcription is bugging out the browser (unlikely but possible, because it uses HTML video text tracks). If it works properly after disabling it then that's the issue.

2. Volume booster is bugging out the browser (in the extension's current state this feature is not disable-able, so it will be an issue).

3. There is some other underlying conflict I am not aware of

4. The error occurs even without the extension

Overall, I feel it's a low-impact issue since it only occurs after pausing for an extended period of time.

PS: If you"ve got some free time:

You can fork the project and try making some modifications to support the Brave browser :p
