[5.10.1]: Loading spinner touches top of element index panel on certain occasions

What happened?

This is a very small one! When navigating between element indexes and specifically when navigating away from a very short or empty index view, the spinner can touch the top of the index panel instead of being centered vertically, which looks a bit awkward.

Perhaps introduce a min-height while loading?
