Allow authors to be set on Matrix entries

Currently, nested entries don't support adding/changing an author via the UI. It's possible programatically, but the next time you save in the control panel that will be lost.

Is there a reason it's not possible to set an author via the control panel? Matrix fields have the min/max author settings as sections do.

Use case: using Matrix as comments on an entry.
