Step 1 (stack installation) is not implemented #8
Description
Step 1 claims to be downloading the stack into ~/ipc-trampoline-workspace but no such directory exists and there also seems to be no code in the app to handle the stack setup.
Confirmed by @snissn in Slack:
I think that the first step of the trampoline wasn't completed where the app is automatically installed. I wasn't sure if anyone else was going to own that for the sprint, or if we need to not declare the trampoline fully done yet.
