Bug: Transaction History hangs infinitely

Component: Transaction History
Issue: The loading state is never cleared if the RPC provider times out, leaving the user stuck with a spinner.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Transaction History
2. Trigger action
3. Observe bug.

Expected: Graceful handling.
