Description
Describe the bug
When starting a tool that includes a video, the video begins to play but then stops after a few seconds (usually between 1–3 seconds). If the user presses "Play" again, the video resumes but stops again after a similar short interval. This issue persists throughout the entire video, requiring the user to repeatedly press "Play" to continue playback.
Additionally, when the video stops, the UI still shows the "Pause" icon instead of switching to the "Play" icon, making it unclear that the video has paused. When the user presses "Resume" while the video is already playing, the "Play" icon appears.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'Manage' -> 'Tools'
- Select any tool that includes a video component (e.g. Deep Breathing)
- Video begins playing but stops after 1–3 seconds.
- Video resumes but stops again after another few seconds.
- Observe that the "Pause" icon remains visible even though the video has stopped.
Expected behavior
The video should play continuously from start to finish without stopping.
The playback controls should accurately reflect the video’s state: "Play" when paused/stopped, "Pause" when playing.
