Database dialect icons do not scale with the application font size

Description

Database dialect icons in the workspace sidebar use a fixed size and do not scale when the application font size is changed.

This makes the icons look disproportionately small when a larger font size is selected.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open pgManage.
2. Open Connection.
3. Increase the application font size using sidebar bottom increase buttons.
4. Look at the database dialect icons in the workspace sidebar.

Observed result

The sidebar text and other interface elements become larger, but the database dialect icons remain at their original size.

Expected result

Database dialect icons should scale together with the application font size or otherwise adapt to the updated sidebar layout.

The icons and workspace labels should remain visually proportional at all supported font sizes.
