Branch package with metadata

Currently obs-gitlab-runner branches a package without taking into consideration the package metadata. In this context, if for a specific package an archicture is disabled, after the package is branched in a new project, that architecture is enabled.

This issue causes obs-gitlab-runner to monitor a job that likely will fail, causing delays and extra work.
