Integrate Openshift CLI commands in  

## Description
Allows a user to interact with OpenShift CLI commands driectly from the terminal. So he can interact with his openshift instance and do the commands he wants directly from the workspace. 

We would simply need to include in the image the oc binaries and some basic default commands to start with.
