[Bug]: Escape key does not close the /skills overlay panel

Bug Description

Description:
▎ When running /skills in Claude Code CLI, the overlay opens but pressing Esc does not close it. The overlay remains open with no apparent way to dismiss it via keyboard.

▎ Steps to reproduce:
▎ 1. Open Claude Code CLI in the Inteligy terminal
▎ 2. Type /skills and press Enter
▎ 3. Press Esc to close the overlay

▎ Expected: Overlay closes
▎ Actual: Overlay remains open
