Timlock submit Transaction is not working!

I want to test the timlock but its also not working, die Transaction submit to the Phantom Wallet does not work.

Yeah its Broken, we changed it and run it byself with custom code. What we want to do was Not possible, it was a spezial case… Mit freundlichen Grüssen / Best regards Ing.
