How to do first installation and run the site?

Hi, Thanks for such nice framework.

I have downloaded n installed YiiBackboneBoilerplate locally.
I am using xampp and i have kept YiiBackboneBoilerplate in a folder say 'CVDog'. Now when i try to run the site it gives me error like this

ERROR 404
Not Found.

What could be the reason?..Is there any setting needed?
When i tried to debug it shows me this in firebug

"POST http://localhost/site/isLogged 404 Not Found 72ms"

What action should i take to make it run now?
Please reply asap.
