User Defined Save Location and automatic backups

Manuscript files are hidden several layers deep and not in an easy to access or backup location. For instance on my system it's /var/home/{user}/.var/app/ico.github.cgueret.Scriptorium/data/manuscripts

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow users to save their manuscripts to any directory they would like, also quite possibly making compressed backups of manuscripts in an alternate location (external drive) much like Scrivener.

Yep! That will definitely come, hopefully soon. At least starting with a shortcut to the folder from the app to directly open it in Nautilus. The back end is git so some day we'll also have a setting page to configure an external remote to back up projects to and also get into co-writing with other people. Some time between now and when that we'll happen it should be possible to add an export button. I'm thinking of adding that as part of the work on #61 . The options there could be epub, plain text, markdown or project archive
