Hi, Let me first check it out, cause changing ID formats should almost never be needed, especially not from TMDB to MDBList. Can you give me some titles that are unresolved. And what feature do you use, watchlist or ratings? |

Thanks for the reply. I'm only syncing watchlist one-way at the moment on a new install to try things out. Here are 3 of the unresolved titles: https://mdblist.com/movie/3duz4-baby-invasion I did manage to find the 9th title in mdblist, so they all do exist there: https://mdblist.com/movie/28e28-canary-4 Not sure if this is helpful, but all 9 titles were already in my mdblist watchlist (I was syncing a very large 5000+ title watchlist which had about 500 extra titles in tmdb vs mdblist). EDIT: I just merged another trakt csv list into my tmdb watchlist and performed another one-way sync to mdblist watchlist. result: 5 of the previous titles are now blackboxed and there are 12 titles which the Analyzer says are "missing at mdblist" but they do also exist at mdblist like the previous titles. It seems some of the previous 9 unresolved titles fixed themselves when syncing again, but I just tried doing that again and it didn't change anything with the current 12 unresolved titles. |

Thanks, I've followed the instructions and still get 12 unresolved. Here is the Sync output from View Details: [i] Triggered sync run 1775210864 |

Your logs looks fine. What does the analyzer has to say? can you provide the list of unrsolved items or a couple of them.. Can you also upload your /config/state.json please |

Hey thanks for following up. It turns out 11/12 titles were either tmdb's or mdblist's fault. The most common issue was tmdb having duplicate entries for movies which were actually tv miniseries. In those cases, Crosswatch was trying to match the tmdb movie id to mdblist which (correctly) only had the series. Those tmdb id's shouldn't exist, so that's their fault. A few are just not in mdblist at all. 1 had the right cover art in mdblist but completely incorrect metadata/title. 1 was in mdblist but didn't have the tmdb or imdb id's linked there. I corrected what I could manually. I intend to use mdblist as the source for syncs moving forward, so this is really just a one-time issue. I was surprised to see so many duplicate entries in tmdb! Thanks again for a great tool, I'm going to set up scrobbling and ratings sync now. |

Hi, I just did a one-way sync from tmdb to mdblist. there were 9 titles which are unresolved, the analyzer says mdblist ID missing (EDIT: I meant "missing at mdblist") but 8/9 of them do exist in mdblist.
I'm not sure what ID format to type, and how to resolve those titles once I save the correct ID?
