Starting with release v0.9.11, I switched the primary ID from IMDb to TMDb. Providers were already effectively using TMDb, but I kept IMDb as the “main” ID for compatibility reasons (existing caches, state, etc.). That will change in the next release.

What this means for you
If you’re using sync pairs, your current configuration will be affected. Webhook or watcher users are NOT affected.

Migration behavior
In the release 0.9.11, when you click Migrate, we’ll also clear your state and cache files. This is intentional: it prevents duplicate entries from being pushed into your trackers. Also your scheduler will be temporary disabled.

Why I’m doing this now
I’ve been putting this off because it impacts every sync user. But keeping IMDb for UI/state while using TMDb for sync became increasingly impractical and error-prone. This needs to be resolved before we can ever have a stable version.
