I assumed that you were talking about Gaku-san'S original TE, since your March 7 post stated the following.

Icon sizes on file lists are controlled by "Folder settings", "Remember folder view settings" and "Take over folder view settings" add-ons. Besides, you can enlarge/shrink the icons by Ctrl+Wheel. They will not be changed automatically according to font size.

So I have been trying to set up with Gak's TE for a long time and each time I experienced a script error.

Regarding "Folder settings" add-on:

To set the icon size, you can use Ctrl+Wheel before you choose "View > Customize folder". FV.iconsize does not work.
"Filter" should be a path, a path pattern or a number representing a special folder. Specify ?:*;\** for all local and network file folders.

So it was no surprise that what you wrote in your March 23 post three weeks ago did not work when you tried Gaku-san's version.

So I created a new TE250327 with your patch applied (downloaded the folder setting addon), adjusted the icon size with Ctrl + wheel, selected Customize this folder from the View menu, and added the folder setting.

As the image shows, the font was abnormally small, the display appeared to be corrupted, and the icon size did not change.

Incidentally, we have tried font sizes of 23, 22, 23.5 pt, etc.

The display problem of "Folder settings" add-on above is carried over from the official version. It seems to happen only under the WebView2 extension which has a lot of problems. Please revert to the IE environment by deleting tewv32.dll and tewv64.dll in the lib folder.

I am concerned about that and am trying with the old 250116 and others.
So I don't have the web view addon, and I don't have those files under lib.

Out of curiosity, I tried putting those files in the opposite.
tewv64.dll

When I did so, the script errors stopped appearing, the display was no longer corrupted, and the font size seemed to be applied as specified.

And the icon size does not change when I refresh the tabs I have opened, but the icon size seems to have been applied to the newly opened tabs.

I had a momentaly of joy and rebooted the patched TE, but the icon size was back to small.

Sorry I just find your post above. I do not often check this repo.

The current patch is based on TE250327. You have to apply the patch to the same. Besides, if there is a patched version of an add-on, you will have to used that version; otherwise TE and the add-on may not work, or may cause some errors. In other words, you cannot download an official version of an add-on, if there is already a patched version in the ZIP file I posted.

Your TE 25.1.16 setup have some potential problems:

tabs 1.27 / tabplus 1.97: "tabs" add-on is not necessary. It is an old classic version of "tabplus".

multithread 1.29 / multiprocess 1.37: They CANNOT be used together. You should disable either one. See tablacus/TablacusExplorer#695 and tablacus/TablacusExplorer#706.

remember 1.42 / foldersettings 1.39: Yes you CAN use both, but any settings in "remember" will override "foldersettings". To ensure that all folder views (including icon sizes) will follow the settings in "foldersettings", delete "remember.xml" in config folder before you start TE.

I select the View menu > Customize this folder.
