Integrate gulp into this project

Would like to open this up for discussion but I’m interested in integrating gulp for wcss.

Would like to use it for auto minifying css and js. Also would like to utilize livereload functionality.

Open to other ideas.

Hi, do you just need to minify things and setup browser live reload? I think I can handle it 😄

@capitanfindusfi that is what I'm thinking initially. I know we'll be able to do more as we grow this project. But for now, minify and live reload would be 👍
