Today, this pages says that the DAR files are compiled with 3.0.0-snapshot.20240318.12913.0.v1c415c97. Where can I get that version?

For example, if I do this...

daml version --all yes --snapshots yes | grep 20240318

...I don't get any matches.

I would recommend to not try to get that exact version but instead use the latest 3.2 snapshot. This version is very old at this point so you miss out on features and bugfixes. The reason splice uses it is that upgrading the SDK version changes package ids which means we need to roll out package upgrades. But that's not a reason to use it for your own projects.

You can use a 3.2 snapshot to depend on the splice DARs without issues.
