Describe the bug
The page language is set incorrectly (not set to Portuguese), causing screen readers to pronounce the content in English, which makes it difficult to understand for native Portuguese speakers.

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'https://muda.cambiatus.io/profile/user_profile'
2. Open the page on an Android device with TalkBack enabled
3. Notice that the content is pronounced with an English accent, making it hard to understand

Expected behavior
The page language should be correctly set to Portuguese (lang="pt-BR") so that screen readers pronounce the content accurately.
