Fixing javadoc

Description

This merge is to be able to test the Publish Javadoc action in my fork of this repository. I have edited publish-javadoc.yml to be able to test the action locally in my fork before pushing to the main repo.

Type of change

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Enhancement (improvement to an already existing feature)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)

How Has This Been Tested?

This must be tested after merging.
