Linked Validator in Developer Docs not working

The developer guide also points to this online validator, which won't work with the latest version of the ids spec on master.

Tested with ids.xsd and Simple BIM Examples.

Maybe we should update the documentation with another tool which works (if this is not a problem with the spec). Anyway I didn't want to download another toolchain just to validate the output of our tool. It would be much appreciated, if we could find a working online validator for the schema.

Might be the same issue as #113.

Try load some IDS files from testcases - xbim always failed

@arishinsemen depending on what you mean with "xbim failed" there would be different places to support you, but you can start opening an issue here.

It's indeed the exact same issue as #113 and #159. It's still a concern in my opinion as mentioned in the comments on both those issues. We ran into the same issues with online and desktop validators.
