BTI-666 OrderAdapter::getCustomerId returns incorrect type

In v2.3.0 I'm getting these errors:

Buckaroo\Magento2\Gateway\Data\Order\OrderAdapter::getCustomerId(): Return value must be of type ?int, string returned

Can this be fixed.

This is on Magento 2.4.6-p13

NB I also had to fix this for getGrandTotalAmount().
