"Sync your data" popup "Don't ask again" checkbox not working, repeatedly asks for login

Problem Description

The "Sync your data" popup in BrowserOS has a "Don't ask again" checkbox, but this option does not work as expected:

1. After checking "Don't ask again", the sync login prompt still appears on next startup
2. Login is required every time
3. After successfully logging in, the session logs out automatically after a short while
4. This cycle repeats continuously, significantly impacting the user experience

Expected Behavior

• After checking "Don't ask again", the sync prompt should not appear again
• Login state should persist and not log out frequently

Environment

• macOS (Darwin 25.3.0)
• BrowserOS version: latest

Additional Notes

This issue prevents users from using the sync feature properly, and the frequent login prompts interrupt the normal browsing experience.
