Update Front-End Packages (Security Warning)

This is a pretty cool feature that GitHub introduced.

We're getting the security notice due to node-sass: sass/node-sass#2355. It's annoying and scary to see, but it isn't a real security threat to the site. We use node-sass in development, before the site is ever made public -- but it isn't used by the site.
