We have a structure for bio pages for any person linked as any taxonomy in the frontmatter of any show or event. For example, @ChadDR is a "director" taxonomy term and the "producing artistic director" for the Slimes show - that gives us:
We can then link to the bio page from the show/event pages for those individuals and redirect pages like ^^^ to the bio page. I think, at minimum, brief bios for staff and prominent playwrights and directors should be there. We also have the capability of doing a reverse listing. So, the show page could link to a directors bio and the bio can list all of the shows that person directed, or wrote, or stage managed or whatever.
This would be a good SEO boost by making your content more robust and relevant. It would also boost SEO for those artists who have their own web presence.
