Content List Defaults

Hugo auto-generates various list pages for content archives, taxonomies, sections, etc. See these as examples:

I don't think these need to be anything special, just usable.

@mattbatman I've set up basic lists with pagination in caeb95e but the pagination nav needs some style help. This impl uses the built-in Hugo template but we can make our own if we want:
