[FEATURE] Default Transition Condition -> Slot Extracted

When defining transition conditions, there are some cases where the intent is not as important as the extracted slots, or a combination of both is better suited.

I would like to have an additional default transition condition: "Has Slot"

This would avoid having to create raw expressions like this:

While the Slot Filling skill is generally well suited for such work, sometimes we want to validate the presence of different slots at the same level and change the conventional path (sequence) based on the provided information.
