Translation doesn’t work the same way like in runbot v9

Problem

The translation doesn’t work the same way like in runbot v9.

Steps to reproduce

• create a new database with language german and with demo data
• install the blog module
• go to a blog post page in the frontend, change to the second language and click on the translate button:
  • the green markers are missing
  • the main navigation labels can’t be translated
  • the blog title and sub title can’t be translated
• the above points work in runbot v9 but not in a local instance

Expected behaviour

• the translation should work like in the runbot v9
