I have been working through the code and the TODO task #1. Replace settings class with a dictionary.
It looks like Settings class can become a @DataClass whist still preserving current behavior and function.
Would you be open to converting it to @DataClass ? I would be happy to put together a pull request.
I might also be missing design/technical decision to change the class to a dictionary.
