SNAC does not refresh port list (when ports are changed)

After I removed a port from a switch (necsw4) (necsw4 automatically reconnects to the SNAC), SNAC keep using the previous port list. This caused FlowVisor? to expand the flood action to the non-existent port and SNAC got the error message (invalid action) from the switch.
