Multi-pass printing misaligned on double-height lines #11
Description
When we start a subsequent pass, we start at the beginning of the second line. We need to reverse the paper with ESC K, possibly by 0x1f motion units.
The renderer needs to care about lines that are a mix of single-height and double-height, even if the frontend will never deliver such a line.
