WP Offload Media: when deleting local media, media not added to library if part of a post/page

If WP OffLoad media plugin is used and the option is checked to delete local media, then media does not get attached when you add a page with media to a library, for example. However, if you go to the Media App, you can add media to a library individually without issue.

I tested with the Lite version of WP Offload Media and enabling this option
