bbgregressions pending issues

• move all regressions info inside the subworkflow since many of the inputs to the processes are repeated this would be cleaner
• mutdensity regressions should work without omega
• update container in the lab dockerhub (ensure Dockerfile is available)
• fix linting of some it references
• update regressions outputs all in a single folder (something like this should work: 19239f5 )
• add tests
• revise if any other comments are missing
