Looks like Mintlify does not support nested Markdown tables :( It's supposed to look like this: https://bazel.build/reference/be/common-definitions#common-attributes-tests

I guess we need to convert the inner tables to HTML.

We need to hack the Markdown converter in https://github.com/bazelbuild/bazel/blob/master/scripts/docs/docs2mdx.py to just keep any HTML tables as-if if they're nested inside another table.
