Ability to Run Match from Terminal

Some players would like the ability to run a match file in the client through a command in their terminal or command prompt. See this thread for more information.

@kazimuth @jbloxham This has been requested multiple times now; how easy do you think this would be to implement? I am thinking something along the lines of gradle watchMatch -match file.bc17 or something equivalent.
