Feature Request: Update ReadMe to tell people how to add labels to their Bluesky account

Hey there, I love this idea and see the labels on many other people's accounts, but I'm not sure how to add them to my Bluesky account. It would be great if you could add some instructions to the ReadMe, and/or pin a post on the labeler account with the instructions on how people can add labels to their account.
