We should also recommend using 3rd party services:

1. Jumio or ID Checker to validate identity
2. https://www.card.io/ as the only way to onboard card information

Other suggestions:

1. Comparing IP addresses and geo locations of the sellers and buyers
2. Comparing sign up times of the buyer and seller (i.e. was it within 5 minutes of each other, and was the purchase of a product soon after?)
