Old backups are not cleaned up

Summary

Old backups are not cleaned up automatically, which means that eventually we run out of disk space. It's easy to fix this by manually deleting these when the alert fires, but this should be automated.

Actual behaviour

Old backups are retained forever.

Expected behaviour

We should not keep more than 1 full backup, or SQL backups for more than 1 week.
