[Blocked by #14] Connect contract functions to event page creation

Context: In TicketCrypt.sol we have a function called _createEvent(..) that we want to call whenever an event is created using the event creation page. Try to set up the frontend so that it passes in the correct parameters to _createEvent(..) using the input text fields.
