creating a cloudwatch dashboard #2

Hi team,
I am trying to create a cloudwatch dashboard with the help of cfn.
i have created a cfn for my dashboard, the format is as follows
AWS template version
parameters
resources

but my dashboard is not creating, iam using a json format, could you please help me out
