Subject: [PATCH] docs: switch the README badges to live data

The repository did not exist when these were written, so tests, version and
license were hardcoded. Point them at ateliersvg/text instead, matching the
five other packages. The version badge reads "no releases" until a tag is
pushed, which is accurate.
