arks.org/blog/** should automatically alias arks.org/news/**

Since the conversion from wordpress, the the "/blog" synonym for "/news" stopped working. In particular, arks.org/blog should get to arks.org/news, and every blog post with a permalink of the form

https://arks.org/news/2022-12-14-wrapping-up-2022-with-over-1000-ark-organizations/

should be reachable from

https://arks.org/blog/2022-12-14-wrapping-up-2022-with-over-1000-ark-organizations/

It appears this has been tried because every blog post has a redirect-from under the title metadata, but it's not working.
