Pancake is your always-on AI co-founder, deployed as a per-team pod that lives in Slack and the browser. This GitHub integration is what lets Pancake act on your code: opening pull requests, pushing commits, replying to review comments, filing and triaging issues — for whichever repositories you pick at install time.

The install is team-wide, not per-user: one Pancake pod gets one shared connection to your GitHub account or org, and every teammate using the pod operates through it. Commits and PRs are attributed to whoever installed the App. Pancake never asks for or accepts a personal access token — this OAuth-during-install flow is the only supported path.

No webhooks are configured today; Pancake only reads and writes through the standard REST API using the user-to-server token issued at install time.
