Regenerate sitemap.xml from current pages (97 → 153 URLs)

Old sitemap (2026-05-07) was stale and missed newer app pages and all per-app
privacy-policy/terms pages. Regenerated from repo via gen-appdevelopsk-sitemap.py:
117 support pages + 27 per-app privacy + 3 per-app terms + home/about/contact/
privacy/terms/csae. lastmod 2026-06-20.
