akka-http 10.5.0 changes now available under Apache License

The release was made over 3 years ago and that means that its changes are now Apache licensed.

Among the main changes

pekko-http already supports Scala 3 so many of the other akka-http changes are not needed

I have created a few PRs but am using Copilot to help. I've opened a discussion within the PMC. Using Gen AI for copying PRs that are Apache licensed seems permissable under https://www.apache.org/legal/generative-tooling.html - because it's pretty easy to double check that the new code matches the code that we want to copy.
