What is the problem the feature request solves?

  • Remove config option and update tests
  • Remove IgnoreCometNativeIcebergCompat and IgnoreCometNativeDataFusion tags from Spark diffs and just use IgnoreComet
  • Refactor CometScanRule / CometScanExec / CometNativeScanExec to simplify planning
  • Remove remaining code
