basically a self file checker.....

Motivation Behind Feature

its just to simple for people to build hooks when adding and removing plugins ...
a type of cross checking its install....
mush simple then not knowing where the cause is whee you have uninstall everything

Before you make a pack to publish run i run the diagnostic on cordova
ohhhh found unwanted file in folder....
ohhhh this one has been tamped with....
ohhh your missing a file.....

I feel like a feature like this is better off as a third-party tool that can be incorporated into your build routine.

too mush work for a 3d party to manage each version and updates.... your the packer ....a simple package slip..... part of package and deploy...... you simply run it and if any errors it can be sent back to you if you like...... currently we have to uninstall without knowing what may be causing the problem.. cli feature .....
cordova files should run in an isolated folder......
Its the problem with with open source its too simple to add hooks into the sources codes via plugins or npm....
even if you created a json file as you unpack then....
a 3d party tool can be created this way......
Even store one on GitHub hub a manfest.json or XML where you just load it into the browser... cross checking
its not hard to set this up in cli its just one file.....
