Subject: [PATCH] fix(docs): inline root tsconfig options so VitePress deploy
 doesn't require @simplemodule/tsconfig

The Cloudflare docs build installs only docs/site deps, so the workspace
package @simplemodule/tsconfig isn't present. VitePress loads config.ts via
esbuild, which reads the repo-root tsconfig.json and could not resolve its
'extends: @simplemodule/tsconfig/base', emitting a build warning. A docs-local
tsconfig can't shield it because esbuild reads the root tsconfig regardless.

Inline the exact base compilerOptions into the root tsconfig and drop the
extends. Effective compiler options are byte-identical (verified via
tsc --showConfig), so repo tooling is unaffected.
