Description

1. 每5小时12刀；每半个月30刀；每一个月60刀；
2. 目前用量计算错误，导致出现问题：如有个模型每月额度只能用15刀，如果用了100%，则这个月将无法再使用套餐；也就是这个月只用了15刀，就不能再使用。
3. 麻烦尽快加急解决；
