OpenCode Go usage dashboard showing double cost for glm-5.3-flash

Description

From what I understand, glm-5.3-flash is currently within a half-price promotion. The OpenCode client is showing the expected reduced cost/quota of my session, but the Go usage dashboard is showing full price / quota usage (double that of the expected promotion).

If your issue is specifically about the half-price promotion for glm-5.3-flash not being reflected in the Go usage dashboard (while the OpenCode client correctly shows the reduced cost), it may be a distinct case — please confirm this is not already covered by the above issues.

I have no idea if this is the same issue as those others. A quick galnce at those others seem like they don't identify a specific pattern as to how much their usage data is off. (#42985 seems to have lots of noise, so hard to tell. The other tickets don't establish a specific pattern, but just say quota is consumed too fast.)
